I'm wondering if global warming is still an issue. jk.

Yeah. This picture was inspired by the weather outside. I usually try to avoid drawing OCs with unnaturally colored hair; this is an exception. Pict has a fail background.. but don't you mind I should really stop drawing useless crap.
