Paypal CommissionsOkay, so I don't know how to "Paypal" and I wanted to try and earn off money.
According to my observations and limited information sources, you need a 'credit card' and link it to your paypal account
My questions:

Is getting/acquiring a credit card easy to do?

How much money did you spend in getting said credit card?

after getting a credit card, was it hard setting up your paypal account?

Vector Art is a technique, not a style.
Perhaps a better term would be "vector-based art," meaning art created in a vector-based program. Vector art consists of creating paths and points in a program such as Illustrator or Freehand.
