Waistup CG Commissions [closed]

Hello everyone,

I'm opening up commissions for August. They're all waist-up and colored with dark outline and transparent background.

Rules:
- I will draw Fanart and Original Characters
- I have the right to reject any requests that I don't feel comfortable with.
- You may request multiple characters (up to 5)
- You may request couple commissions, but the price is still X USD/character
- You may reserve a slot, but payment must be sent within a week, or you will be removed from the list.
- Only accepting payment through Paypal.
- Paypal tax is +1 USD/character

+ Character reference pictures/pose/expression/clothing
